My Life,
My Path,
My Purpose

For much of my life, I’ve been fascinated by human behavior—specifically, the choices people make. There is beauty in choice; it’s a gift that many of us don’t realize we have. As for me, my own path has been a winding road, shaped by curiosity, risk, sharp turns and choices. But I’ve always been willing to ask myself some hard, uncomfortable questions. With hard questions come hard truths—and sometimes hard lessons. But as I continue this wonderful adventure, my faith sustains me. I’ve made an unshakeable commitment to reach my true God-given potential through living a life of service and elevating others. I am very clear on who am I—and who I am not. I accept and own the fearless woman I am today.

As a coach, I’ve come to believe each of us holds a brilliance, a unique light that’s meant to illuminate our life path. It’s that inner voice that whispers guidance as we navigate through the rough terrain, choppy waters and the inevitable potholes on our life journey. When we trust our own personal compass, we will discover we’re already equipped with everything we need. We are often just one thought, one shift in perspective away from unlocking incredible growth and achieving something extraordinary. The secret, I believe, is that we take that leap—strategically propelling ourselves towards the change we seek. We must believe the transformation process is already underway, and the summit of our success is undeniably within our reach.

What Shaped My Approach to Coaching

My work is shaped by years of studying people, navigating change, asking better questions—and living through a few calculated leaps of my own.

Psychology & Human Behavior

A foundation in Psychological & Brain Sciences and a lifelong curiosity about why we think, choose and change.

Strategy & Research

Graduate training in Clinical Research Management strengthened the part of me that looks for patterns, asks what the evidence is really saying—and thinks several moves ahead.

Coaching

Professional ICF coach certification gives me a framework for doing what matters most: creating space for people to hear themselves think.

Life Outside the Resume

Seven marathons taught me something no classroom could: transformation rarely happens in one heroic moment. It is built one intentional step at a time.

The conversation gets interesting when you stop saying what sounds right and start saying what’s true.
